Services We Provide
Hocking Associates offers a service designed to ensure that our clients have everything they need when entering into property negotiations. With a focus on each individual client’s specific need, we are able to tailor our reports so that they provide them with the most relevant information. Our main service is the Building Survey Report (Level 3).
Building Survey Report (Level 3) – A detailed report of the condition of the property, covering the exterior and interior and any visible or accessible elements of the property. Advice will then be given as to how any defects found may be repaired. The report incorporates photographs throughout which demonstrate the commentary, making the document easy to read and understand.
In addition to this report, we also provide a range of other property-related services to ensure complete client satisfaction including Major Defects Reports, Expert Witness Reports, Purchase Renegotiation and more.
