Hocking Associates provides a number of services for clients across Cornwall and the surrounding areas, however, the main service we offer is the Building Survey Report (Level 3) We have experience in surveying everything from cottages to large country manors and can provide professional advice for all who need it.
Building Survey Report (Level 3) – A detailed report that looks at the condition of all visible and accessible areas of the property. The surveyor will inspect both the interior and exterior areas of the property, with the advice given as to the extent of any defects identified and whether any works or repairs are required.
