Established in 1987, we have inspected over 17,000 properties from cottages to castles. Our practice has developed a first class reputation for our thorough and straightforward approach to reporting, coupled with a friendly and down to earth attitude.
Our Surveyors specialise in residential survey and valuation work together with general property consultancy and advice. Our clients range from private individuals and companies to firms of solicitors, both in Cornwall and out of the County. We also act for private banks, charitable organisations, pension boards, trusts, benevolent funds and the Church of England. In addition to this, we act as Expert Witnesses in Court related matters. In the past we’ve worked with celebrity clients and we’ve also done expert reporting work for the BBC and Channel 4.
Our approach is very flexible and friendly and we are happy to discuss all elements of any given task with our clients. Speed of service is paramount and we orientate our reporting to suit any specific requirements, tailoring our fee scale accordingly.
We cover the majority of Cornwall, from Padstow down to Lands End, and work with a wide range of both commercial and private clients.
